Duloch Leisure Centre

Great leisure centre! I mainly use the gym which is very well equipped for most gym users needs (squat racks, Olympic bars/plates, adjustable benches, dumbbells up to 50 kg, treadmills, machines etc.). The staff are always very friendly, and helpful whenever you have a question.

Great place with lot's of activities for you to try out! I use the Gym but there is lot's more to do from Badminton to fitness classes...you can get all different types of membership's so it's worth asking as you are able to use all Fife leisure centre's with it! And well priced too. Open till 9.30pm week days and weekend's 1.30pm....face coverings are required as you enter the reception but can be taken off as you use the facilities (own preferences)

I use the gym every day and the equipment there is just right for me. Unfortunately, the media facilities are not that good the machine televisions have not been reliable for a long time and now they are out of order for over two weeks now. The radio station only plays in the lower half of the gym and now the secure door access system has also failed. The temperature in the gym is not controlled by any air conditioning and for me that is poor given that we are now coming into the colder months of the year. It seems to me that the management of the gym in these areas is not what one would expect.

Really friendly staff with a great gym and basketball and badminton and short tennis facilities. This is a great place to get a membership as with a silver membership you can gym and swim at any leisure centre in fife as well as athletics track.

The gym is good, classes are great, and staff are great, however the room used for exercise classes is far too warm and there is only fans to keep it cool and no airconditining. Apart from this I am happy with everything else x

Excellent service and excellent gym staff all polite and will try and help what ever the problem is can't say enough of the help iv had would recommend the gym to anyone

I go to the gym here twice a week, it's the perfect size for me, not too big and at the time I go, 9am there is always machines to use no waiting.

Very friendly staff at reception and in the gym!Gym is quite small but managed to fit a wide variety of equipment in a small space. Quite cramped but doesn't affect your workout.

Duloch leisure centre is a great little gym at a great little price. If you are unemployed, and you take proof of your receipt of universal credit, a months pass at gold level is just over £30. A gold level pass entitles you to the gym, the swimming pool and the health suite at any of the Fife leisure facilities. My only complaint with this facility at Duloch is that you can not make full use of a gold level pass, as there is no swimming pool or health suite. I also feel that the gym could use some more equipment although the techno-gym brand stuff that is there is very good. The gym is stationed at Duloch primary school which is located right next to a big Tesco store. Duloch leisure centre is a bargain, but don't expect champagne when you pay for lemonade.

Plenty of choice here for many types of classes and activities. The library has a great kids section. All staff friendly and helpful.
