Fraser Elite provide care and companionship for my mum who has Alzheimer’s. Since we have been using them we have received as much help as possible and the team have gone beyond trying to accommodate our requests to keep my mum in a routine . The team always arrive in uniform and the ladies my mum has Anna, Catherine, Linda, Lesley and Margarita have all been amazing with mum. They entertain her and good at keeping her occupied .

We first approached Fraser Elite when we were looking for someone to do the shopping and housework for our elderly father. Everything was organised very quickly and efficiently and later, after he had a mild heart attack, Fraser Elite were also able to provide personal care, helping him with washing, showering and dressing. Our father always looked forward to his carers’ visits and conversation, and we will always be grateful to the cheerful, kind and professional Fraser Elite staff, especially Kerry and Anne, who made it possible for him to stay in his own home for so long. Thank you for everything you did for him.

My mother did not enjoy living in a care home and wanted to go back home - which she did, and is extremely happy with a daily visit from FE. With poor eyesight she thoroughly enjoys a trip to M&S every now and again and her helper keeps her occupied and entertained as well as getting occasional shopping.Since I live in the Islands, this service is greatly appreciated by myself as I know she is happy and well looked after.A great relief for the two of us!

Fraser Elite have been providing care services for my mum for the last 18 months and are professional, compassionate and completely reliable. The care staff go above and beyond what they are contracted to do and my mum looks forward hugely to their visits each day. This high level of care gives my family complete confidence my mum is receiving the best home care possible in the area, allowing her to remain at home, comfortable in her familiar surroundings whilst being extremely well looked after.

Friendly, helpful, approachable office based staff who helped set up the visits with family member. Carers are kind and thoughtful. They help as needed, to reduce what I need to do, around the home, freeing up some time for me to do other chores. Their visits are looked forward to and they treat folk as individuals who they enjoy getting to know.

Fraser Elite provided a first class service to my wife and I. The Carer, whom I cannot praise highly enough, was highly professional but also caring and human and very quickly made friends with my wife.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Fraser Elite are. They looked after my father for two and half years and were an absolute lifeline as his health deteriorated, especially as both myself and my brother didn't live near by. Fraser Elite made sure dad had his meals, that he was clean and dressed whilst also undertaking domestic duties to make sure the house was tidy, clothes ironed, beds fresh. They turned up every single day without fail, latterly 4 times a day and were always at the end of the phone. Dad was able to stay in his own home right till his last days all because of their care and support. They looked after him as though he was their own dad. I will never be able to thank them enough for their kindness, care and compassion.

We used this service to support my dad at home. The carers that attended were lovely, kind and professional. They provided a high standard of quality care to dad and offered some practical and emotional support to mum. The office team were very helpful and informative In guidance through what can be a very complicated process when you have to start looking into options of home care. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I contacted Fraser Elite when I was searching for someone who would provide care and household help to my Mum who was then 96 - now 97 - and is registered blind. Although Fraser Elite were recommended to me by the local social work team, I had already found their website online. The range of services they offered, and particularly their emphasis on the flexibility they would offer, made me want to call them. My Mum has her own ideas and needs, and I needed someone who would recognise and acknowledge her independence and the nature of her challenges. Marcia and her team, were extremely helpful right from the outset. They are lovely to deal with and Marcia has always responded very quickly, efficiently and kindly throughout the time I have dealt with Fraser Elite. Ultimately she found us a wonderful home help and carer, who comes from a similar area in the North of Scotland, and Mum has immediately taken to her. So an enormous thank you on behalf of us both to Marcia, Anna and all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fraser Elite if you are looking for quality help for someone dear.

A very thoughtful and compassionate organisation: I can't rate them highly enough. They were very flexible in meeting our needs. All the carers are prepared to go the extra mile in offering top quality, personal care. I live abroad and it gives great peace of mind to know they're involved in looking after my mother and aunt. As well as delivering a very high standard of care, I found the communication with their head office to be excellent: always willing to talk through possible solutions and very quick at getting in touch if they have any (welfare) concerns.
