Obnoxious server when complained about pathetic piece of chicken in a fillet burger, like they'd used a mini fillet in a full size 1.Just rolled her eyes & went to do nowt.Eventually sorted it.Won't rush to go back

I was served pink chicken twice in my burger and was then told that I’m stupid because the reason the meat is pink is because of the spices used to make itDon’t waste your money there’s a McDonald’s over the road get yourself some nuggets if you are craving chicken

I and my family were too hungry last night. We chose KFC. There were a lot of choices next to it. There was nobody in KFC. We went there and gave an order. The atmosphere was very good. There was slow music. We were happy. But... Suddenly... Loud music came from the kitchen. Kind of Indian music. All magic were gone. Some people sing and dance with music in the kitchen. It was almost 09.00 pm. We chose it because no one is in there. Sorry, but we don't want to listen to loud music. Especially Indian type. If you want to go there please check the atmosphere.

It's a KFC, the decor was ok , only had two coffees which were not too bad. Service was slow with only two people on the front counter covering restaurant and courier orders

It's exactly what you expect from a KFC. Only 4 stars for atmosphere because they're all generic but Staff always friendly and accommodating plus they don't leave the chicken dripping in oil so it's greasy mush when you get it home. Great effort.

Hot wings grim,all rank coating and no chicken.Piece of chicken was soooooo greasy.Fillet burger looked like it had been sat on.Chips ok.Overall food was poor and defo not worth the money.Not one of the pictures of food in the store looked remotely like the food that we were served.Sorry effort.

UNBELIEVABLE! Ordered at the counter. 3 items came to £10.37 I gave the girl the correct money but but had to wait about 3 minutes because she counted it out on her fingers and had to restart several times. She honestly could not look at a £10 note 20p 10p, 5p and 2p and know she had the exact amount. Me and several other people who saw just shook our heads in disbelief. It should be laughable but this is the generation who will be on charge of the country in the not to distant future.

Didn’t get all the food that we ordered, gave us the wrong drink then got given the right drink to find a spider in it. The chicken from the mini filet burger was rubbery and couldn’t chew it. Asked for a refund and the manager was so rude, even though there had been problems throughout didn’t give us a refund! Awful service and won’t be going back there!

Why do they not clean in these KFC venues. We sat in and my gosh it was gross. I couldn't believe how much dust and muck was on table bases and around posts. Tables were sticky . Toilets weren't to bad just no toilet roll. A very odd man sat staring at my young daughter. Was going to say something to staff and realised it was a staff member on a break, as they went back to work.
