Simpsons Subaru (Oxfordshire)

I purchased a Subaru BRZ from Simpsons on 15th July 2021 and I can honestly say I experienced some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. I dealt with James Burton (Sales Manager) from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble for him, everything that was promised was delivered and needless to say the car is amazing. Would highly recommend using this dealership.

Absolutely fantastic service! I bought a used Outback from James and the level of service and attention to detail was second to none. We got a really good trade in on our old car and James even delivered the new one to us, even though we are in Sheffield! After nearly two years of searching, this weekend I picked up my car from Simpsons Subaru Oxford. My search took a while mainly due to the pandemic but also due to the poor quality customer service I received from other used car dealerships. The minute my family and I pulled into Simpsons we knew we were onto a good thing. The car was ready and waiting on the forecourt and looked excellently prepared for sale, we had a friendly welcome from James who had already come in on Sunday for us and was very knowledgeable about the car and any questions we had. Communication in the week between putting a deposit down and collecting the car was good and David went through all paperwork with us the following week and went through everything on the car (very helpful as it was a lot newer than I'm used to!) I could not fault anything and will recommend Simpsons Subaru to anyone looking for a new car! Thank you!

I can’t tell you how fantastic James has been !.The help I received with my purchase of a used car has been second to none . I always rate car sales on their aftercare and they certainly go out of their way to make sure the car and everything that goes along with it like changing private plates etc is sorted for you .
