Very friendly lovely staff. A couple of warranty jobs not done properly though. Always had problems with a blind and a rear light, reported every time still not done and warranty has now run out. Our van always comes back covered with tiny dots of fly poop. I don't suppose they can do much about the fly's but it's really hard to get them off and needs a good clean when we get it back

I would never trust this company again. Discovered issues (cracked panels) that had been botched with sealant during the warranty period. Unfortunately, it was spotted just outside the 6 years by an independent service. Norwich Caravans never once brought the issue to our attention or recorded the covering up they had done. The caravan has never been anywhere else so we know 100% Norwich Caravans did this to us.I would never return to them for anything. If you buy a van from then get regular independent checks - do not trust them.

Friendly enough to start with but wouldn’t budge on a deal. Spent my money with another Coachman dealer who knew how to put a deal together.

Phoned up the receptionist to see if they had any caravan batteries in, they did and we went straight down, where they tested our battery which was terminal! We then brought a new one at 110 ah for a very reasonable price, plus their shop is one of the best Caravan accessories and parts I have ever come across, so much stock and all the small parts, again very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this place too highly the service and knowledge is second to none and the lady receptionist knows her parts stock in exceptional detail. Well done to all.

We recently purchased a new Coachman 855 from them. I have found them excellent to deal with and they did a first class PDI of my van. I had heard some horror stories about some dealers and knew what to watch out for. I am pleased to report that there were no issues of concern. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.

We can't praise Norwich Caravans high enough for the level of service they have provided us. We bought a new Swift Challenger 565 from them and they were kind enough to deliver it to the camp site we were staying on for our holiday. Unfortunately the fridge kept giving an error message. They came out once on Monday, twice on Tuesday to reset the error code but it just wasn't behaving as it should and so they replaced it with a brand new fridge on Wednesday. Once again thanks to Norwich Caravans and especially to Nigel and his team.

My family and I have been keen caravaner's for around 17 years and have owned a number of touring caravans over the years all bought from private sellers, this year we had a budget of around £12000 to spend on a tourer and we were after a triple bunk caravan as this we decided would be the perfect layout, Norwich caravans had a 2011 Bailey 546 Olympus which had our perfect layout. We went to see the caravan which was priced at £11495 and decided to go ahead with the purchase and also had a motor mover fitted. We picked the caravan up on the 22/10/2016, and drove it straight to my storage location and all was well. My kids were very keen to test it out, but the earliest I could do was 12/11/2016, it was typical caravaning weather (and I'm now glad it was raining) and my daughter said that the top bunk/mattress/bedding was soaked, this is when I noticed that rain was leaking from around the window some of the water dripping out onto the beds and the rest going down inside the walls of the caravan! next morning I had a look at the outside to see if there was anything obvious, thats when I noticed that there had been silicone sealant smeared around the outside of the window rubber, I also noted that in Norwich caravans service report that the window had a leak and it had been fixed (this sealant was there idea of a proper repair). As soon as Norwich caravans were open on the Monday morning (14/11/16) I phone them and explained the problem, and was told that the only person I could speak to doesn't work Mondays and they would phone me the next day, I was advised to put an old towel in window. The next day came and by the time I was contacted around 11 I had decided I want a full refund as it was within 30 days of purchase and not fit for purpose, after ignoring their suggestions of letting them fix it (of which I would have no confidence in their repair) and talking to the general manager I arranged to take the caravan back on the 19/11/2016 for a full refund, this day came and they had a cheque waiting for me for the full amount and did apologize for the bad service I had received.I went to a main dealer to hopefully get a really nice decent caravan that would last me a good few years and not have the hassle of checking out private sellers, this experience has just made me realise that you cant trust anyone, I'm just glad that I had decided to try it out before storing it for the winter! Oh and as I'm writing this (8/12/2016) Norwich Caravans have this Bailey Olympus 546 triple bunk up for sale at £11995, hopefully they have repaired it properly and will be open and honest with any potential seller about the issues!?!?!?Just to add these notes - Fiona Palmer mentioned I should have given them a chance to repair the issue, why would I do this when Norwich caravans already had done such a poor bodged repair with the silicone sealant,(did you read the review?) also the full refund was within 30 days of the purchase date ,and it is there LEGAL responsibility to accept my full refund request which I had to quote to them several times.Final note - a review left by Carl Smith, now that name rang a bell! Maybe its just a coincidence but there is a Carl Smith salvage yard in Norwich which deals in the salvage of caravans.I hope all these recent reviews are from genuine customers!?

Booked my caravan in for a service, as they seemed like a reliable, well established dealership and priced fairly.Considering the current climate with Covid-19, they were very efficient at ensuring there was minimal disruption. Dropping off and collection was easy and well explained. The only thing that came across as a bit of a negative, was the use of the term “our” customers, when talking about those whose caravans come from them. There was a slight undertone to the comment, which suggested to me, that if you took a caravan to them that had been purchased elsewhere, then it was regarded as not as valued. (This wasn’t the first time that I had got this impression from them, as I tried to get some warranty work done over a year ago, as my caravan was less than a year old at the time and bought from a main dealer 200 miles away, they refused to do it, as it hadn’t been purchased from them. That’s fine, I hadn’t purchased from them because they were more expensive, at the time for the same caravan, so travelled elsewhere to do the deal).I’m sure the staff are well established, but they need to get into the modern era and understand that being inclusive about “all” may reap its rewards in the long run! Or, maybe I’m wrong and their customer base is that strong, that they can afford to pick and choose? As I said, this was a noticeable observation.Service wise, they did an excellent job, even replacing an item under warranty.I like this place, the set up is convenient and the staff helpful and polite. I will use them again for the next service. You never know, it might result in a purchase of a new caravan from them in the future, if I become regarded as a loyal valued customer!

Have bought our last three new caravans from these guys and wouldn't go anywhere else. Customer service is excellent as well as after sales. Have mostly dealt with Nigel, a very knowledge and polite gentleman, a true credit to the company, as are other members of the team we have met.
