They lived the reputation of 3.7.My experience at Priory Dental Practice was highly disappointing. After waiting for two months, I was allocated two appointment slots for my treatment. I unfortunately missed one, but was willing to pay for both slots and hoped my treatment could be accommodated in the remaining slot.Upon arriving 8 minutes late due to traffic in Leamington Spa, I was met with an inflexible and dismissive response from both the receptionist and the lady doctor. I was bluntly told that I would not be treated that day, with no prior indication of such a strict timing policy.What made matters worse was the insensitivity in their communication, which made me feel unvalued as a patient. This, coupled with the fact that I had waited two months for this appointment, added to my frustration. (Naturally my condition was already worsened over this period)Though I was offered to reschedule, given the long wait time for appointments, this did not feel like a practical solution for me.I advise others to carefully consider this experience and the lack of flexibility and communication at Priory Dental Practice when deciding on dental care in the area.

First visit today for check up. Good experience of highly professional team. Friendly and helpful atmosphere.

This was the first dentist app with Dr Jay after a throat operation. I was very nervous. Dr Jay is very professional at what he does. He spoke with me throughout the whole time I was there. I would recommend this dentist practice to others. Very happy experience.

Was told for an emergency appointment for a wisdom tooth infection needing antibiotics I wouldn’t be seen till July (2 months away). Extremely rude receptionist.

Excellent service by Dr Saghir and Dr Sidhu. I have been treated by both of them for many years and they have proven themselves to be honest and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

No hygiene appointments available for 4 months after being sent messages by the practice to book in for an appointment. They’re still blaming the pandemic and it’s now October 2022, which isn’t what other practices are saying. Patients will have costly dental problems as a result of not seeing a hygienist for a year at a time. They need to sort the place out, it was chaotic for my last appointment and I wasn’t confident with the info I was being told.

Bad experience with Root Canal and end up lot of pain no option either removing tooth or private specialist treatment.

This is an excellent dental practice. The receptionists are very helpful and get you an appointment on the day if they can if its urgent. I've seen Dr Jay twice recently. Excellent both times

Jay Majevadia my dentist always makes me laugh before I've even sat down in the dentist chair and this puts me at ease. This is good as I never used to like dentists, but now I don't get nervous as I know Jay will make me laugh. Good work Jay :)
