amazing, experience never been before james went out his way to help us rowas it was our first time.we managed to see 2 terrapins as welland enjoyed all the wildlife herethen enjoyed a delicious ice creamdefinitely will come back soonhighly recommended.

Had a lovely day out with the family, if it's your 1st time it can be difficult to steer!! 1 hour definitely needed!! Maybe some directions which way we need to return... Great team if staff.Due to reasons beyond control, slight delay in opening, but was worth it... Will be back again soon.Kenny, John and the rest of the staff were fantastic.

What can I say? What a great experience and wonderful service. James and Kenny went above and beyond to make my girlfriend and I’s day special. Great banter and a truly beautiful lake with loads of wild life. If you’re looking for a nice day not too far away from central London but far enough that you forget you’re actually in London I suggest you get over there. Absolutely brilliant and again thank you to James and Kenny

Fantastic service from the team, start to finish! Lovely day out with the family on the boats, with beautiful surroundings , the team were very kind & helpful , especially with the younger children, can’t wait to come back again!

James Rodney and Kenny were amazing. The boat ride was so much fun. £20 for an hour and £10/ID card deposit. Amazing place for picnic!
