Very disappointed by the colour and quality of the product & QA there. I bought York stone steps,The first delivery I rejected due to large fist size carbon deposits and rust stripes through the stone. Not suitable for a step. Also the colour of the stone is a cold grey. They replaced only half the pallet with even greyer stone. I was hoping for a warm york stone as per the website.The next load came with grey and rust colours throughout and driver scarpered without a signature.On contacting them again they refused to replace (due to natural stone variation") then quoted a showroom 120 miles away as proof I should know about their colour isn't as shown on the website.I then discover from a friend she had the same deposits and colour issue and refused a load. This is not an isolated incident.The positives are the stone is well cut. But it's very unlike the website pictures.I would not buy stone products from them again"

Excellent service! They had what I wanted (porcelain slab adhesive and grout) and at a good price. Jasmyn in particular went out of her way to sort out delivery for me. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I ordered Sandstone and Pointing Compound as well as some cleaning products for stone and porcelain. All arrived on time, friendly delivery guys. Cleaners worked very well on natural stone, haven't tried the other on porcelain yet. Sandstone all packed professionally and in good shape.Almost done the Sandstone project for our clients, just some steps left to drop in.Will certainly order from Londonstone again.

I’ve been searching suppliers specifically for rust effects planters and found many to be cost prohibitive but thankfully I came across London Stone by complete luck on yet another google search- I was looking for a planter to complement the Japanese style garden I am trying hard to build- the planter ordered and arrived within a couple of days- the only problem that may occur for some is that they generally I expect delivered on a pallet which can make life difficult if you have an awkward entrance or a long walk for carrying- fortunately I had a use for the pallet in this instance- I was interested to see the finish of the rusty planter amd it looked great- I expect could have a single edge finish but thankfully they are made with turn over edges plus handy small feet to keep slightly off the floor which is a real bonus for drainage. The overall look is excellent and with a realistic prices to match- I will definitely be searching for some more planters off their accessible web site.. a customer more than content as the planter would grace any patio or garden space - highly recommended

Fantastic paving slabs from London Stone, easy to deal with and delivered on time and no problem getting some replacement slabs for a few chipped and marked ones.
