Only buy burgers from BK and I admit that it’s quite a rare event.I was looking forward to this, quite hungry too.Ordered a wholesome looking burger meal deal at £7.29, quiet when I first went in, ideal.Young guy served me, helpful enough, my drink was a “hot” cappuccino.He filled the machine with milk and then realised that my order was ready on the slide. In the meantime the place took on 2 other customers and two bike rider/delivery guys.He served everyone then remembered about my food which he eventually gave to me, I looked inside and could see the fries but no burger but I looked again before saying anything and to my surprise the “burger” was hiding under the small amount of fries. I asked where the cappuccino was and it reminded him that he had to press the button on the machine again.During serving a couple of the other customers he checked to see if the machine had finished and it had, it had been for a minute or two, that might not seem long time but we mustn’t forget that this is a “fast food” establishment and his team behind him are cooking the food.So I had everything and went back to my car parked directly outside.In the minute white paper bag hiding underneath the very small portion of fries was my not so substantial burger which by now was luke warm at best, the fries which amounted to less than 15 were also not warm and my cappuccino was bordering cold.I should have gone back in to complain and I really regret not doing it now a few hours later.£7.29 for for what ! A lousy tiny flavourless burger padded with I don’t know, something like breadcrumbs!?Fries were ok but I must have had the Extra Small potion and a “warm” drink that was bordering cold.Worst £7 + I’ve ever spent, I will never go there again and possibly BK anywhere else too.Shockingly bad value for money and poor service too.Very very disappointing.

Missing food. Phoned the restaurant only to be fobbed off, saying they couldn’t make replacement food that was missing from our order, and that we needed to contact Just Eat. All we wanted was the missing food to be delivered but instead, ended up with no option but a credit on our just eat account and not even a cash refund. Not happy! Really poor service. Basically no one wanting to take responsibility for the mess up. Ended up ordering food from somewhere else, whilst having to watch the rest of the family eat their food. The supposed manager was rude and unhelpful. He had no intentions of rectifying the issue. Disgusting! AVOID!!

The service of this restaurant was delightful, the restaurant manager was really nice about the food, even asked us about it's quality. The young girl who served us was also incredibly fast while taking the orderOverall good experience

when i arrive to this place it was really clean , the dinner area was shinny , after that i got served by Jorge and Antonio , this guys are lovely and they served me very professional after that the food was hot and really taste . when i finish my food i went to the toilets and it was really clean. love this experience

We waited at the counter for a little under 5 mins with members of staff looking at us but no acknowledgement. Eventually get served and recieved almost warm, small portions of food. I then approached the counter again for some sauce (and nearly gave up). At the end of our 'meal' we were just about able to clear our table, as all 3 bins in the place were overflowing. To sum up, we think we might stop at mcdonalds on the way home.

When I visited this place , Antonio and Jorge was cleaning the da , both are really professional and they are very friendly , after taking my order a few seconds after they already make my food and it was really hot and fresh , definitely I will came more times to this restaurant

I do really like the flame grilled burger, and the chips are very nice. Down side, McDonald's does have the polystyrene container to hold your burger and chips. I'm not sure how green that is, but it's very convenient if you're eating in the car! Not all Burger King restaurants sell milkshakes. I like milkshakes.I was a bit disappointed with the Chicken Royale. The bun was too soft, and I would have liked the chicken to be crispy. I think I'll stick to a Whopper!

A good Burger King to use plenty of parking and GOOD service from the staff but food a little cold at times. Using this place more due to KFC in Ferndown being closed down. Thank you.

Burger King Bournemouth has told me at the drive through on my last six visits that the hot drinks machine is not working. I can not believe this to be true. They just can’t be bothered. Add to that, yesterday the food was barely warm let alone hot, and I was grossly overcharged which I didn’t realise until I checked my statement. This branch has really gone downhill.
