Great service wouldn't go anywere else. Loyal to there customers and a great attitude towards there work. Leaving customers 100% satisfied each time. Great prices and they never do a bad job.

Reasonable prices delivered on schedule friendly staff

They were supposed to give me a quote at 4.30 on Tuesday , they didn't come but they didn't even have the decency call to say they wouldn't be coming. Avoid if you can find a reliable alternative. I'd give it zero star rating but google maps won't allow me to.

Ordered one 6x5 fencing panel to be delivered - a distance of 0.3 miles - I was quoted £25 for the panel and £6 for delivery - I phoned on the day to confirm delivery and total charge of £31 stating that if it was any more I would have to go to a local cash point to get extra but had the correct amount ready -Upon delivery 2 men carried the panel a matter of 10 yards and placed it against the gap in the fence to my yard - on politely asking if they would mind slipping it into place, the cement posts already being there with the usual runners for fitting, they informed me that such task was charged at £10, a fact I had not been made aware of at the time of ordering - they refused to wait for me to fetch the extra and so I had to ask them to leave the panel where it was - against the gap it was intended for and I would deal with it myself - they gave me no alternative and said they hadn't got the time to wait. I cannot lift the panel alone nor negotiate it into the gap - I must wait to ask a friend to help - Pineways not very obliging under the circumstances! If you use them, make sure you are given full information about their charges!
