Went to the cafe with my children after eating half of the breakfast I noticed mould on the beans I was completely put off after going to the til to let them know they offered to replace the mouldy beans that made me feel absolutely sick. I refused to let my children carry on eating and was only given £4:80 refund out of £15 it’s absolutely disgusting no apology just “do you want the beans replaced” absolutely not I will never step foot in that disgusting cafe again

Very very rude staff.. the security guard thinks he's big n hard for dragging a vulnerable person for no reason !!! Little boy pick on someone your own size!! And they don't even answer you when you complain!! WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN. I SHOP IN TESCO NOW AND THEY ARE MUCH MORE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!! The tall security who thinks hes big. I visited every weekend, all are available, but I never find the, frozen Grated coconut, Shreded Coconut, they don't keep this item Except all are Available. Even in Tesco also are not selling, I prefer to keep this Product too.

Lovely to see that the large watermelons are back in season. £4.50 each, hence a massive increase in priece, but worth every penny.

Only issue is the lazy drivers who park in the pick up area and they all seem to have one thing in common. But all in all, the first asda I ever visited when I came to the UK and back multiple times a week.

Tell the girl working on the self service counters with the purple dyed hair on Sunday, June 2nd 2023 at 3:30 pm to not gossip about customers in earshot when they haven't even left the store yet. I could hear you quite clearly. The machine wasn't working the first few times for contactless.

Not a good experience. Went in to grab some beers which the shelf signs noted as being on offer, including a big banner. Till does recognise the offer. Staff pleasant but clueless, trying to explain the offer only applies in England, then when I politely pointed out that the signs were up in their own store, going back to the shelf to see the signs I had seen and agreeing with me that they were rubbish.Did I get a beers on offer or an apology for the confusion? No. Come on Asda, you can do better.
