I found UK storage facility very easy to use. It was very clean and easily accessible. Customer service was efficient. Even though I had a slight issue it was dealt with very professionally. I felt that my pocessions were safe. I would recommend the facility.

UK Storage Company, Kidderminster, were really good with what we needed. We were advised on the best storage option to meet our needs and budget. The storage unit was clean and secure.The customer service team were polite, friendly and well balanced with communication (not pushy/pressuring, we’re present when required). When it came to the time for ending our contract, the team acted professionally, promptly and politely. We’ve been really pleased with the company.

I enjoyed the entire customer service experience; UK Storage Company (Kidderminster) provided clear and unambiguous details on the service they offered and indeed, delivered on all levels. The facility was clean, easily accessible whilst ensuring the highest levels of security. The billing process was smooth and efficient; I found the fees to be highly competitive and I would not hesitate to use their facility in the future.

Superb service and facilities!Really easy to organise and zero hassle moving in, the storage unit was clean and tidy, dry and secure, and it's easy access, so you can come and go at times that are convenient for you.Any dealing that I had with the Customer Service team have been equally hassle free and the staff are always polite and helpful.It's exactly what you want and need from a storage unit! I would definitely recommend and should I need to I would use UK Storage again in the future.

Storage is not very exciting - but I like it that way. Storage shouldn’t be exciting, it should be reliable and secure. My experience with the UK storage company has reflected this, and my experience has been very positive - would recommend.

What I liked about UK storage is that if you had any issues, there was always a friendly helpful person at the other end of the phone. The site was easy to access and instructions and maps of the facility were straight forward and easy to follow.

Great company, not tied into a contract which gives flexibility. Storage units very clean and secure. Any queries they were a phone call away and you actually get to speak to a very helpful person. I would highly recommend Uk storage.Lorraine Busby

Hello,I rented a storage room from UK storage whilst in the process of moving house, the initial set up, how to go about it, was new to me. I found Emma to be very helpful and not treat me like an idiot that didn’t know what he was doing, this made the experience very easy.When it came to leaving the facility sadly some over-exuberant user broke the elevator handle mechanism which is quite a heavy duty steel, I was unable to get my items out of the storage facility, I brought this to the attention of Josh who said don’t worry we understand there is a problem and it can be easily sorted so I wasn’t charged for extra days or anything like this absolutely brilliant team.I judge customer service by the way the Americans to customer service I can quite honestly say the guys and girls at UK storage are up there with the American customer service, a lot of companies in the country could learn things from them. I don’t give five star ratings very much Ann Idon’t normally do reviews, but in this case I felt I had to do something I wrote a thank you letter as well.They are so good if I have any storage to do again they will be where I go, no questions!Many thanks and have a great ChristmasKev
