I would highly recommend this company from the initial visit to the installation the people were friendly and knowledgable. My mother who was having the replacement windows and door is 85 and she found the whole process unstressfull. The workman never left any mess The windows look great and block out noise effectively. They are a very good independent local company.

First class service.I have windows that are outside the norm but just a few short weeks after their measure- up, I was called with an installation date.The fitters turned up on time, did a great job and left the place cleaner than when they arrived.I cannot recommend this company highly enough for reasonable prices and an excellent service.

Very happy with my new windows. Daybreak windows give an excellent service, no hard selling, good professional advice, fitted over 3 days, with very little disruption, and cleaned up well afterwards. We have used Daybreak over the past 12 years initially to have windows fitted and now a conservatory, during this time other members of the family have also used them and found them to be professional and friendly and hard working, if we had a problem it was always sorted without any issues. would highly recommend this company.

It's been nearly a month since the visit to measure to give me quotation for windows and doors. Despite calls to the office to chase up for quotation, I'm still waiting and no call back. Very disappointing.

Would highly recommend these guys. The windows are just so gorgeous. Amazing quality and the finish was perfect. The staff are all so very helpful and patient. I must have called them around 20 times with questions and queries before I went ahead and Clive was so patient. We saw 6 different windows companies in and around Brentwood before we went with daybreak and their service was the most honest and genuine. Our windows speak for themselves. I don’t think we would have had the same finish with any of the other. The price was also very reasonable and honestly priced. After sales support was also excellent. I’m a bit OCD with details so called them back to silicone an edge and they came within a week although we are based 15 miles away.

I can't fault this family run Company. Their fitters, workmanship etc are absolutely brilliant. Our windows and doors look fabulous and I think we now have the best looking house down our turning. Professional, efficient and clean is how I describe everyone. I would definately recommend Daybreak Windows if you need double glazing. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I don't know how good this company are at installing windows & doors, or the quality of their product or workmanship. They never turned up for the quotation appointment and never called to say why. I imagine that they must not be bothered about new customers, or their own reputation. How could anyone trust a company to turn up & do a decent job, that doesn't care about their own business. If I could give no stars, I would. Rubbish service.

Awful. Really bad. Avoid at all costs. Our builder ordered a window through them. The first time they ordered it wrong, then it took them weeks to sort that out only the one they sent was wrong again. They told us to get it fitted so we could have our bathroom finished finally after the delays with the window had caused the project to seriously overrun. They said when the new panes came in they could just pop in and switch them over. That was months ago. Yeah, we have a window, but it's not the one we ordered and the handle on it is bent. Every time we phone they tell us it won't be long...... We ordered it in April. It's now August.
