Fantastic service and support! Any part current, used, rebuilt, or obsolete they can get it to you. They also provide it at a lower cost. Don't let the EU in their company name fool you. My shipments never exceed three to five days, and come from the warehouse in Chicago. Help your own bottom line and see what kind of support they can provide for you!

FRAUD beware of this company ! They send you parts that do not work then tell you to wait til they repair it ! If you ask for refund they deduct 35% of the price and refund you the remaining , despite the fact that the part they sent did not work! SHAME ON THIS TYPE OF COMPANY. BEWARE BEWARE FRAUD

I was struggling to find an item for a control system at my place of work. I filled in an email enquiry form to EU Automation and received a telephone response very swiftly. I was able to order the part I required within an hour of my initial response. I received the parts within 3 working days. I will definitely use this company again and am most impressed with the company catalogues range of items. I must personally thank Chris Gosling for his help with my enquiry from start to finish.

I had a terrible experience with this company! Very bad customer service , layers and they do fraud.I asked for some parts around 11000 sterling pound, they told me it's available, in stock , then they sent PI , and asked for full payment. I did the transfer. `After that , they started to tell me lies and stories about lost items , without clear view about the delivery. They even tried to put me in the corner and asked me to pay extra money 1000 sterling pound for VAT for export order (none sense) and send another PI , when I refused and cancelled the order they charged me for 35% cancellation fees as per there hidden terms. Absolut fraud!

This is the first time that we've used this company. We ordered two Siemens 3 Pole Contactors which failed to arrive on time leaving us a machine down. We had a phone call to tell us the problem was with the courier. We are desperate for the parts so decided to have a look elsewhere and have managed to find them cheaper. We contacted the company to cancel the order as the delay was costing us thousands a day in machine time. The company informed us we would be charged a 25% restocking fee. In my opinion this is outrageous.Wont be using again!!!

Absolute shocking company - took my money sent a fauly item, item sent back still waiting for a refund after over 21 days. Do not deal with them just a bunch of fraudsters.Update Got a message 3 days ago saying their bank was at fault and the refund was on its way. Still no refund received so not only are they fraudsters but they spin you a torrent of complete untruthsDO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Probably the best customer service I've dealt with in our industry. Was in dire need for refurbished parts and our NI Account Manager Nick was a Godsend.Helped us arrange a troublesome payment, expedited the order between departments and was an outstanding contact to deal with when we really needed them.Highly recommended and will be purchasing parts, new and refurbished in the future.Cheers Nick!!D.RGPS

I started this company being told I was doing well and then offering me a management job, then management started to make issues out of things that didn’t need to be issues, I got told that I was a team player cause I wasn’t staying past my finishing time even though I was coming in 30 minutes early each day. I was told that people had to go on stop on their stop date and when I did this for one of their biggest customers I got a telling off and got fired, which I think is a terrible reason to be fired. They also make me feel isolated from everyone else, I was working on a desk with three other people and then all of a sudden one day they moved me on my own away from everyone!!AVOID AVOID AVOID If you want to feel appreciated this is not the place for you unless your face fits!!
