Centre location, good for a chat or sitting in and work a bit. They should keep the place/tables a bit more clean but in general all good. However, bit more expensive than other cafés around.

The staff, particularly an individual named David (although I believe he might have provided an incorrect name), exhibited rudeness and disrespect. The overall customer service was lacking, characterized by a lack of professionalism and discourtesy. The coffee doesnt look like a large one….??

I ordered Clotted Cream Fudge Cold Brew to go. It’s says in the description with toppings but there’s no toppings at all. It tastes like Iced Latte with whipped cream on it. Can’t taste the clotted cream though. Baristas were not welcoming nor friendly.

Terrible staff etiquette. Manager (short woman) is also as equally unprofessional as her staff. They love to gossip about customers. I would not be surprised if they spit in the drinks.

Ignore the cranky negative reviews. Lovely place and staff. I've been going for years and never had or seen any unhappy customers.

Decent sized coffee shop, so good for meeting in groups.The flip side is that the ambient noise can be very loud, so if you are working in there, you will need headphones and if you get a phone call it can be a quite difficult to hear and be heard.The toilets are locked and you need to ask staff to unlock.The staff are very friendly and helpful and the coffee comes quickly with a smile

1 star is a lot for this place! It was almost empty and with 4 people of staff all tables were dirty from previous customers! I paid more then 4 pound for a latte and the guy wasn't happy to make it, no thanks, no welcome, no hello, no service! croissant was absolutely disgusting! I'll never go back again!
