Just collected an order from Bolton North Store. Not a single member of staff wearing gloves, hair nets or beard nets. Concern for hygiene standards here as well as customers with allergies, dietary requirements etc. Multiples pizzas being made at a time. Also ignored for a while when in store despite lots of staff members standing chatting.

Ordered from here quite a few times and it’s always been perfect, tonight they didn’t do stuffed crust so when I rang up they said they’d send me a fresh one out and some cookies and that I could keep the other pizza too, was really blown away by their customer service! They was so lovely about it too like it was no problem for them, thank you.

Ordered from here several times and getting sick and tired of being ripped off ordered pizza with the sauce topping came without it on the misses pizza and I ordered the same mine came with the sauce but no chorizo as advertised on either of themOrdered the dough balls 7 of them had no pepperoni in the middle and the garlic bread was just tomato with no garlic at allAnd at 26 pound pretty expensive for ingredients missing.In future will have pizza hut not as tasty but least you don't get conned and not to mention all of the staff in this store are not English which I find a complete joke a they all clearly don't know the importance of good hygiene

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. VERY RUDE MANAGER. Ordered my pizzas for collection and when I got home I checked and realised they got the pizzas wrong. I rang up to get them to send the right one but the manager said I had to bring the pizza back and only then I'd get a new one even though it was their fault. I said I'm not collecting it as its their fault, he then said I had to pay the delivery charge, even though they made the mistake. I'm writing this 2 hours later and I've still not received my pizza which I was supposed to get half an hour ago. Apparently the delivery driver is stuck in an accident. Stay away from this place if you don't want to be scammed.

I only gave them one star because that was the minimum I could put to write a review..DO NOT ORDER FROM HEREExtremely rude manager.Food took 40 minutes to get to be from leaving the shop & it was extremely cold.They wasn’t bothered, said they was busy and unwilling to reason with me as I was not happy with the options they offered..The manager then refused to give me a first name/ Sir name to escalate.The ‘’manager’ also stated that she was the highest onsite and I was unable to escalate my concerns anymore.She was very rude/ borderline aggressive down the phone.Very very poor customer service!

Post COVID and management change, the standards and quality of delivery have gone down hill. One delivery had the driver driving to the local council estate parking up for 30 minutes, then deciding they would deliver our luke warm pizza, to which the manager offered a free pizza" on our next order

We have ordered 2 veggie supreme pizza and specially ask for no mushrooms as my son allergic to mushrooms but we received both of the pizzas with mushrooms on ,when we called them they Said they’ll send the new pizza so we waited for 1 hour and then we called back as we don’t received the pizza yet and still waiting so they said they’ll never make that kind of mistake and said can’t help me so I told them that I can come back to them with those pizzas which I have received with mushrooms on and they will see by their self and decide but the manager who was talking on the phone said it’s doesn’t make any difference coz it’s been 1 hour and they can’t do anything if I take pizza to them .that’s very disappointed and I don’t expected that from domino’s . Very poor service

Good, efficient service. Pizza a little chewy compared to normal. It was okay but not the best and probably not worth the expense of Domino's in comparison to other pizza companies. Great cookies though and the garlic bread was decent too.
