Went down to get my hall carpet and bathroom done then was getting the livingroom kitchen and hall downstairs done. Ordered the carpert and vinyl guy came to fit it that was fine carpet went down well looks fine but he left so much mess and normally the carpet fitter cleans up after themself. I dont just mean the extra carpet that we took to the dump. Then there was the lino this was put down the wrong way the lino is loose as we have had another carpet fitter out to do the rest of the house and he said the jobs shocking loose poor cuts and tucked under bits. I called the carpet shop and they were cheeky on the phone then charged me another £10 for lino and said i be another £35 to fit it after already paying £365 and £90 to fit the carpet and lino. They said it can be fitted any way although anybody else i have spoke to said that its fitted they normal way unless stated u want it done differently. I wouldnt use them again its put me off and they are who i have always used for carperts since i was 16

Very knowledgeable abd friendly staff who are only to please the customer. Prices were quite reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Shocking After Sales Service! I've previously purchased carpets from here and I've always been delighted with the service and quality of the carpets, however this is the first time I've had a problem and they're just not interested, I showed them pictures of the faded carpet I got fitted yesterday and I was informed that's the way it's meant to look because I disagreed I was told if I want" we'll send someone out

Easy and quick service. Stopped into the store in the evening, flooring was cut straight away with no fuss.£25 including the floor glue, perfect!

Great place to visit if you need a carpet or Lino. Staff really friendly. Prices pretty good as well. Can’t complain at all.

Can't recommend highly enough. Guys in store sorted me no problem for what I was wanting and then fitters came in a couple of days. Job done and very reasonable too. Carpet looks great!

Great place to find good deals. Good delivery and fitters are excellent. No nonsense and no fuss, they just get on with the job and it's quick and very well done. Everything from ordering to delivery to fitting is easy and straightforward.
