Cleavers Removals & Storage

We very impressed with the service we received from Cleavers. Our move date came through last minute just before Christmas and removals availability was limited. The staff were very efficient and friendly and made the whole process much easier. Thank you very much!

Great communication, punctual and great value. We used Cleavers for a house move with dismantling and packing service. The team worked really hard, gave us some great advise on the two days and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

I used Cleavers' services for a domestic home move and they were great.They turned up bang on time and set to work straight away. The two guys worked efficiently and quickly and they deconstructed the sofa, a bed and a desk, and reassembled them at the other end. This, along with taking two trips, had been agreed in advance when I had been visited for a survey.I had approximately 20 items of furniture and 50 boxes as well as various other bits. They even have rails to transport hung clothing so I didn't need to pack all that up, saving me quite a bit of faff.I highly recommend them. It was great value and I'd use them again but I don't want to move again just yet!

Did not fulfill promises and damaged some of my items. The crew who did the move not the best. I don't like the way they do business and were intimidating when I complained. I expected better fit the money paid. Unfortunately I am not able to recommend.

We asked Cleavers to help us move a 140kg Stone resin bath from the garage to our new bathroom. Another local company wouldn't entertain it. However Cleavers provided 4 men who arrived on time. They were professional and managed to lift it with no damage to them, the bath or our house. Highly professional. Would recommend.

I'm sat in my new house 24 hours after moving and feel compelled to write a review of Cleavers because of the absolutely first class service we received. I was expecting a typically difficult and stressful move but the professionalism, attitude and approachability of Cleavers two removal guys made the day go incredibly smoothly. They were extremely punctual and polite, and treated the safety of my possessions as if they were their own with no breakages. Nothing flustered them, even when the sofa wouldn't go through the front door!From quote to finishing the move, Cleavers were excellent. They were also more competitively priced than other firms that quoted so definitely value for money. Never again will I hire a van and move myself, I'd use Cleavers again without question

Had a quote from cleavers, which we accepted , they told us to contact them when we exchanged contracts normally two weeks before completion.Phoned them to tell them we had exchanged contracts only to be told they couldn't help us for about three weeks.We had to find another moving company at short notice, this has cost us more money, why do cleavers make promises they can't keep.Totally let us down.Would not recommend this company to anyone.If I could have given zero stars I would have.

We used Cleavers for our house move in December '20 and I can't recommend them enough! Very responsive in the lead up to our move and extremely professional and speedy on the day - they had us in our new house with all of our belongings by 3pm on move day.
