Had a great experience with Baker Bros. Originally buying my wife an eternity ring in November 22 and more recently a watch that I have wanted for a long time to celebrate a belated birthday. Great service from Kellie and team. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Baker Brothers enough, staff are always welcoming & this is the only shop I look forward to spending time in.Sat down with Kellie yesterday who is very knowledgeable & who let me try on numerous watches until I finally decided on which watch to buy & take away with me.I live an hours drive away but I'm more than happy to make the journey everytime and spend my time & money with this great independent jewellers.Yesterday was my forth purchase with these guys and definitely won't be my last.A big thank you to Kellie & her colleagues for taking care of me & my daughter yesterday, I absolutely love my new watch and couldn't be happier.Nigel.

I live over an hour away from Baker Brothers and when I saw they had a few items of my interest I made an enquiry on a Monday morning and was delighted to speak with Lizzie. We agreed an appointment and on the Saturday I made my way down to meet them. The whole team made it a great experience and made me want to take the time to share it with others.So Thank-you to you and the guys for the great hospitality and an exciting experience in purchasing some additions to my collection.They were a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to not only building my collection with them over the years to come but sharing many other occasions with them also!I would highly recommend Baker Brothers, I will definitely be back!

Exceptional Service and Warm Welcome!I recently visited Baker Brothers Jewellers and was truly impressed by the exceptional service and warm welcome I received. The staff, particularly Caris who assisted me, made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in, even though I was a new client. I was referred by a friend and decided to make a purchase, a beautiful Platinum Ruby and Diamond ring for my wife. Even though Baker Brothers are a 2 hour drive from where I live, I was more than happy to travel because of their high recommendation.I also added my name to the Rolex waiting list. The staff's hospitality and assistance during my visits were exceptional, and I will most definitely be using Baker Brothers again.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My partner Derek and myself went to Baker Brothers Bedford and we were welcomed by Kellie. We found the perfect engagement ring for me. I love it. Kellie is absolutely amazing, friendly, funny, kind and professional and she has an extremely deep knowledge about diamonds. You can tell she really enjoys her job and we cannot wait to see her again when we will buy our wedding rings. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic.

Went to Baker Brothers for the 1st time to get my other half a Tag watch for his 40th. I rang up to reserve the watch as it was the only one I could find (its limited edition). Very friendly and informative on the phone call. When I went to the shop to pick up I was met by Carys who was great! She showed me the watch etc and took some links out. Very friendly and professional place.
