Just been asked to leave even though iv had both of my covid jabs apparently these are not following the government rules they have there own ... absolutely jaw dropping its a vets not a hospital and the staff were quite rude to be fair ..I did we're a mask as the animal needed a vets attention.. should try and ask nicely instead of demanding.. no problem taking cash that I'd touched though

I moved from another vets as I was unhappy thought staff were rude and could never get an appointment. Haven is close to where I live and cannot believe I didn't go there from the off. They are lovely and friendly staff, always happy to help. Can get an appointment quickly. The vets talk to you and make sure you understand what is going on. On the whole very good vets 100% recommend.

nice atmosphere, but I am not satisfied with the treatment of my animals, they charge a lot of money and they cannot cure my animal, are there really no real good doctors in Hull??

Excellent service, the vet listens to you. Not pushing to sell things to bump up the price.

Receptionists were lovely both over the phone and face to face. Arrived quite early for our first appointment and was told they were running behind but we were still seen earlier than scheduled. Liz, the vet we saw, was very patient and gentle with my old cat whilst checking her over and taking blood samples and even managed to trim her nails.Edit* 6 months since registering both my cats here and the vets still remain consistently brilliant every visit.Thank you!

We have used heaven veterinary group for our cats & dogs for years now. Always been very well looked after, they are a good vets. The service was excellent when I had to have my greyhound p.t.s. There is plenty of parking on the road in front of the vets, a small car park to the side and a large supermarket car park at the back.

Appointments are readily available. The reception staff are engaging and always really helpful. Waiting times are good and the reception area set out to allow space. The vets are fully engaging and sympathetic to the animals. Diagnosis is quick and medication is normally in stock. Costs are excellent in comparison to other practices. The team were particularly helpful in recently providing a fit to work" certification for our detection dogs.10/10 guys!"

Excellent vets, i took my dog for a 2nd opinion as i knew my dog was very poorly, hes been a little fighter and saw Stefan , he gave me the options and he was so sympathetic and considerate, it wasnt about money it was for the best for my dog. I decided to have him put to sleep and not suffer anymore.The reception team were excellent aswell, giving me advice about having him cremated and his little wooden box with his ashes in it and the hair tube, little poem and printed paw picture in my living room. I also got a sympathy card from them which was a nice touch.So the team there are excellent and a big thankyou to them from me and my family.If I decide to get another companion i will not hesitate to register with them.

I thank Haven vets from the bottom of my heart. We had our beautiful 13 year old poppy put to sleep. Because of health issues .The staff was so caring and kindand supporting and friendly..Thank you Haven Vets
