My experience with D&R design is abysmal. Since paying my first installment, I have received no communication from them, and have had to be the one taking the initiative every time over the months to find out what delivery and installation dates are. One of the doors is having to be remade (both Crittal and the measurer made mistakes) and no-one called to tell me that the delivery was delayed, they simply didn't show up and a week later I've had, once again, to get in touch with them to find out when I might expect them to finally fit the replacement door.On another count, one of the 5 star Google reviews is one of their employees.Basically, very very disappointed given the enormous costs involved. Go elsewhere.

I only delivered to this business but the guy was friendly and helpful..
