Halfords - Bletchley (Milton Keynes)

It was so nice to visit Halfords and speak to Cheryl who was able to give me advise and assistance in purchasing some of your advantage range of tools for my Grandson. Thank you so much it made shopping a great experience. My grandson is going to sign up for a trade card to enable him to add to his tool kit and benefit from your discount scheme. David Leek

I went to my local store in Bletchley Milton Keynes. Because I had broken the seat on my grandsons bike. Dan fixed it for me instantly. While I was there I purchased a cycle helmet and bike under the guidance of Dan. He was so helpful and really friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone. It was excellent and so was the customer service.

Ben and Marie were extremely helpful both in store and on forecourt. Ben happily and cheerfully, with care and respect for my vehicle changed my rear tailgate lights.

I always have good service from Halfords. Bought a windscreen wiper yesterday, turned up first thing today to get it fitted and it was ably done within a minute. Great customer service from Dan, who checked me in quickly and efficiently when I arrived, and Nadil who did the fitting. He was polite, chatty and knew exactly what he was doing. Great service all round guys!

Ordered a pair of lamps. Collected and they were handed over taped together I only realised when I got home that one was incorrect. I know will have to return to get sorted. Pretty annoyed

Based on a great educational session with Ben on how to use and install dashcam. I have bought dashcam which was fitted by John in an expert manner. All installation work was done neatly and completed within 1 hour by John (while I waited). Ben and John have done a great job at Bletchley branch.

My first experience of Halfords in Bletchley was not great. I purchased a bike from them and had a few issues only 3 weeks later which were not dealt with as they should have been. However after contacting customer services to advise of this poor service, the next day I got a call from the manager of the store, Wayne who discussed my issues professionally and sympathetically. He asked me to bring my bike in the same day to be looked at and rectified. Wayne the manager was fantastic, he kept me updated along the way and called me the next day to advise my bike was repaired, tested and ready to collect. I collected it with no problems and the bike was repaired satisfactory. So what started as poor service was soon turned around into a great service. Well done Halfords Bletchley! Thank you Wayne.

Staffs are so careless and unhelpful, I went there on 9 December to get a bike that was on sale, I asked if I could buy the bike, he said its not in sale? Why display a bike that you can't sell, then I asked him if they are gonna restock it, which the answer was yes but they don't know when it was going to be restock?? How does a business not know things about its product and restocking delivery date, I asked him if he could a book the bike to purchase once it becomes stocked which he said you can't, Why? How does it even work?At this point I thought he didn't wanted to get bothered with my regards but I asked him last question about how long the discount is for, which he replied till January. I shouldn't have believed a single word from that guy because the next day I went back in to get update about the stock but then I saw all the discount from bikes were removed which he said was gonna last till January and also the display bike was sold too, but when I asked him if I could buy display bike which he said no because they were gonna restock the bike. I asked the other staff and he told me the discount were only for black Friday I was completely shattered at that moment, I was well planned to buy that bike but it was all full of lies and careless workers they hire.That is such a miserable service to customer, I have no words to describe the anger I felt at the moment. Can you imagine if someone tells you that you can't buy an item that has such a good deal even though the item is in stock but the person just lies to you and says no because they don't care anything.

Very prompt, no fuss service and fitting. The guys that served me were very friendly, polite and professional. They looked like they enjoy their job, judging by the friendly banter between them. Would 100% recommend
