There was an issue with my order and an employee (not sure of his exact title) went absolutely above and beyond to make it right. I’m honestly still surprised! It was incredibly appreciated.

Not been here for a while but what a brilliant place to buy lots & lots of different home furnishings your greeted as you walk through the door & asked if your getting a click & collect order the assistant was very helpful in showing me where the items was that i had come to buy. The store was very clean & even the assistant on the checkout was very helpful as i payed for my items i asked where the restrooms was & said i could leave all my items with her till i'd used them. I must say the disabled toilet & baby changing room where excellent they where so clean & smelt so fresh gotta take my hat off to all the staff. They even have a little cafe so it wont be so long next time when i visit again.

Helpful and knowledgeable young man understood what I wanted, and within five minutes I had found what I was looking for - very long drop winter curtains. They are not kept in stock, but he ordered them for me, after showing me a shorter curtain so I could see and feel the fabric. No pressure to buy a more expensive one. Perfect service. Good range of stock to choose from, but rather overpriced compared to similar stores, and staff were slow at serving. When I finally got served, the assistant was abrupt and unfriendly which put me off from shopping there again.

I was looking for some Teddy, Lily coloured double bedding. I asked Tommy who went in the back to have a look, he returned saying he couldn't find any. A lady called Emma scanned the shelf label and it stated there were two sets in stock. Emma went off and came back around 15 minutes later having found exactly what I wanted. These two cheerful people are the epitomy of great customer service. Thank you both for your help.

Click and collect order. Items were not bagged up or wrapped had to struggle to the car with arm fulls of product. No designated order collection point sadly had to que for best part of 30mins before being served. Standing in line with everybody else on a busy Sunday.. Delivery order next time

Staff were unfriendly, rude, completely disinterested. Made us feel like he was doing us a favour ringing up our purchases. Worst service I've had in years.

Lack of staff with customers waiting to ask questions and no one around at all. Had to wait while approval obtained to buy a potato peeler as young man serving was under 18. Everything had to be put through 3 times as he experienced a problem with the till! Although very apologetic the amount of time it took to pay was ridiculous . Will shop elsewhere in future unless they get their act together

Good quality product if you don't mind paying a little extra, staff didn't tell me about the no return policy for any sheets, pillow cases, etc. Once the seal on the item is broken it's not returnable whether you opened it or not, even the till staff never quoted me this; it made me a little mad and they stated it was on the receipt but the information wasn't. I'll be glad to get stuff from there but not from the Hull staff as they didn't remain calm, help in any way possible and snatched the item from my partner to have a look at the seal. Maybe one day the assistant manager stuart will go on a course that helps the customers need not bully them when he can't help me and my partner that struggles with depression. Sorry for the one ⭐ and I can only say that this is a disgrace, hope no one has had to put up with this. We did spend over £100 and that's the appreciation you get...
