I was recommended to use Neil & the Geek Guys by my friend ( Caroline Linnell a UW partner)My laptop had died!! I chatted through what had happened with Neil and it became clear that my old laptop was beyond repair and what I needed was a new one. Neil gave me various different options and actually suggested a HP from Curry’s/ Pc World. We chatted through how and what I use the pc for and what he could do for me with regards to setting the laptop up! I am based in Suffolk and The Geek Guys are in Coventry but he was recommended by my best friend and I trust her judgement and I’ve been really pleased and impressed with how Neil and his team conduct themselves. I have used the geek guys for a good few years and they have always helped me fix my silly questions on IT. Any question is not a daft question and they are always professional in their response. Highly recommended for people with little IT knowledge and very reasonable prices.

I decided to my charity into the 21st century tech wise. Hadn't a clue what I actually needed or wanted .... Called in the geek guys ... Turned into a one stop shop .... They advised supplied and set us up ... Great service at a reasonable cost ..... Can't recommend them enough .... Excellent
