Told me they could change a mic on my phone and that they ordered the part. 2 days later the phone is beyond economical repair and the mic cannot be purchased. Looked on eBay and found a spare mic within 2 mins. Went to a phone shop that knows what they're doing and the phone works fine. Don't bother with this place they're a bunch of amateurs.

They fitted a new screen for my phone and it cracked after 2 days without being dropped, just with normal usage. I asked for replacement as the screen was obviously faulty and weak when it was fitted to be practically told I was lying. Not happy will not use again and I am now left out of pocket.

Went in to unlock iPhone for my daughter, friendly staff who helped with the unlock said it could take up to 2 weeks due to network provider. Took details and within the 2 weeks I received a text from Benzer confirming phone should now be unlocked. All working perfectly.

Wish I could vote this company lower than 1 star they do not even deserve that! I bought an iphone 7 from this shop on the 07/10/20 everything was great for about 3 weeks or so then my phone suddenly started having signal issues to the point i could not call, text, or even connect to the internet! took the phone back in to say that I could not redeem the warranty due to damage to the phone I have caused and in turn that damage has now caused the motherboard to break??? they are now asking for an additional 100+ pounds on a phone that I purchased 3 weeks ago, after explaining my frustration to the staff member he offered to give me a phone for £100??? how could a whole new phone cost less than just the motherboard really would not suggest going here at all

Have known these guys for a long time now.They are open and honest and will try their very best to help you.If your phone is already unlocked, they will tell you and not charge a penny.They are not the cheapest, however the charge a very good price for a very good job and that is what you need!Have spoken to them again today about unlocking a phone. They are only £1.00 more than the cheapest place, but I know that if I need to go back for anything these guys will always put it right!

Paid 40 for a replacement iPhone 11 Pro screen. Fixing was great, did it straight away. I had it home 6 hours and then a purple line appeared down the front of the phone screen. Had not been dropped, scratched. Barely even touched. Apparently I'd 'given it an impact' which forced it to do that and they wont replace it with a functioning screen because 'I can't prove I didn't drop it'. Screen 12 hours old and 40 now down the drain. NEVER coming here again

This company" is reselling Xbox Series Xs at a £90 markup compared to RRP. Price gouging or inflating prices is against the law (competition law)This is a disgraceful and shameful tactic and a decent business wouldn't be doing this.I have edited out the name of the poster as I will try to protect the poster of the facebook ad...Even though they don't deserve polite treatment"
