Quality as usual. Usually I have a chocolate orange or an Oreo thickshake, but this time I decided on a raspberry, banana and pineapple smoothie and was not disappointed. It's made to order right in front of you. Seating is limited, however if you order from another eating outlet at the West Orchards canteen you can sit in that outlet's larger seating areas.If you go regularly, ask for a loyalty card - you can get discounts and free drinks (of any type, afaik) with it. Even if you don't go regularly, you might as well take one - it's free.

Went here with 3 of my mates waited in line for ages to just be completely ignored when it was our turn. Mentioned this to the ignorant lad wearing a hat and he didn’t care. I’ll never be going here again and will make sure nobody I know goes there either

Really good quality milkshakes reasonably priced. Welcoming and attentive staff, clean and inviting it almost make you forget your in Coventry

I recently received a thick milky substance in a cup. It really surprised me how sophisticated the packaging was, not to mention the flirty little bugger at the till. Would come back as I loved it dearly x

Great thickshakes here. Whether it's a fruit thickshake or a chocolate one, it is worth spending money here. I go here all the time when I'm at the shopping centre.
