As someone with dental anxiety who has avoided the dentist for YEARS, I couldn’t have been more pleased with Dr Kaul. She made me feeling incredibly calm and at ease throughout the entire procedure.

I always have a great experience at this dental practice. The two ladies on reception called Ann & Kelly Ann really are two lovely people. They chat to you and really make you feel relaxed and comfortable. My dentist Raj Gupta has to be the best dentist I have visited in a long time. He is friendly and his confidence and experience in the field really make you feel confident that the treatment you are getting is the best for you. Well done and keep up the high standards.

Fantastic service all-round, from the lovely, welcoming receptionists, to Jasmini and Dr Essa. Dr Essa is a brilliant, attentive dentist, that's very easy to talk to and clearly addresses any questions and concerns in a friendly, understanding manner. He has completely transformed both, my general dental health and my smile over the course of a few completely painless treatments and excellent advice, and in such a short space of time as well. I have my confidence back and feel like a new person. Would absolutely recommend Dr Essa and Firs Dental!

I paid and booked an appointment but they could not find it. She said Sorry Sorry but she did not want to find another date or fix the problem. I was not happy before holiday. Congratulation for bad service. I have not received my money back

Absolutely shocking experience after being a private patient for a couple of years. My dentist has changed three times and the final dentist I had gave me shocking treatment and fractured off my tooth. This lady dentist was just very very inexperienced.I’ve been in pain and discomfort for 2 months now and had to pay to get it fixed privately elsewhere just yesterday. And I’m so glad I chose this new dentist. Their name is Quorn dental practice.I’m so glad I no longer have to deal with Firs dental.

Always friendly and welcoming. Treatment is explained well including costs. Dr R. Gupta and his dental nurse are 1st class - fully trust them in their advice and treatment.

Had my check up yesterday arrived 25 mins early and was seen straight away. I need a filling which they did while I was there. Dentist was super good and pleasant as are all the staff. Highly recommended this dentist

I've been going to Firs for over 20 years with only good experiences, until I was given Siddiq Ahmed as a dentist. Shockingly poor dental care, seemed either extremely inexperienced or more likely, lazy. He did not properly check my teeth - only swirled the mirror around my mouth for literally 2 seconds (not long enough to see anything). No care was taken when putting the x-ray films into my mouth - I was in pain as he held them in the wrong position and kept telling me to bite down onto something that I could feel would cut my mouth open. He didn't listen when I told him it wasn't right. And to top it all off, he couldn't be bothered to do the tartar removal/scale and polish that is part of the NHS check up and I have always needed at every other dentist appt. When I insisted on it, he had to ask the nurse which tools to use then he said he's only cleaning the one area where I told him my gum bleeds (he's the dentist, he should be cleaning where he identified tarter build up. I most certainly am not a dentist). As I left, he told me bleeding gums is normal and it's ok to have plaque and tarter - terrible dentist! I will definitely be finding another practice ASAP!
