a very varied time for the little amount of busses they have for the 351, most drivers are rude, and almost all of the time the busses are late, this wouldn’t be a big problem if they had frequent busses. its a shame i have to rate this with one star because they don’t even deserve that.

Over the course of a year now or maybe more, Swanbrooks bus 351 service has been running late, or not come at all or I have had a couple of instances where the driver has seen me but hasn’t stopped at the bus stop and drove straight past me. That wouldn’t be so much of a problem except that was the last bus of the day. Im really disappointed with the service, they need to change and better their service to being more professional and up to the standard other buses are.

I use the N bus and despite the past reviews and past drivers and wait times i cant fault the lovely drivers they have now, especially Kevin and Albert, i really think they have stepped up the N bus service from a year ago. The drivers are always so smiley, kind and they have even waited for me as a run up the street (i have a habit of being on the minutes). I wish all bus drivers and companies where as kind as efficient as the Swanbrook staff. The price is all so extremely good. £8 for 10 journeys, that is £13 cheaper than stagecoach and takes half the time. No contest its N bus all the way for me! Go N bus and go Swanbrook for hiring lovely staff like Albert and Kevin. Keep up the good work guys.

One of Swanbrook's employees drove into the side of my partners car. The driver stopped and was very apologetic and admitted that he was not paying attention to what he was doing as he came round the bend on the wrong side of the road. We stopped our vehicle and had to watch him plow into the side of our car whilst looking the other way.I contacted Swanbrook, which at first they seemed very helpful and told me they would get things sorted with their insurance. Only to be told that 1 month later they are denying liability so now the insurance companies are holding off on the claim.Absolute madness how people in this world cannot admit when they are wrong and to just do the right thing. I will never use any service from Swanbrook again and I will be advising others to do the same. If the company cannot even be genuine and honest about things then they do not deserve the trade.

Took the Cheltenham bus to Oxford. Asked the driver where to catch the bus home and he gave us incorrect information. We had to scramble to get home, by train and pay £30.00 and arrive home 2 hours later. . Called the office and they asked that I put it in writing. I did...waited...sent another email...no acknowledgement. Phoned and the Operations Manager picked up and he said that it was the first he heard of it. They then acknowledged my emails. Promised in writing that I would have a response by last Friday... nothing. Sent another email. Nothing. Worst customer service I have experienced in a longtime

Was almost pushed off the road into an area of dug out roadworks by an angry female driving the Ageas Park and Ride - registration MX14FTY. By the call handlers’ tone, I wasn’t convinced that they were going to do anything about it - so will be involving the police.

One of the cheapest and easiest ways to get from Chelt to Oxford short of hitching a lift. Pretty much my go-to option for that journey.Ride takes about an hour and a half with all stops, so best to take some entertainment. Still faster than the train!

I use to get my motorhome serviced here. They do a good job and charge a reasonable price.I've update this from 1 to 4 stars...no idea why it was only a single star.

Arrogant bus driver this evening. My daughter tried to catch this bus out of Oxford this evening - it was the last bus out of the city centre. The bus was literally sitting in the bus stop and was just about to pull out, when my daughter approached the door. The driver wouldn't open it for her. Very cruel. She therefore had to pay for a new ticket and caught the S1 to Witney and my other daughter picked her up. Whilst waiting in the car for my daughter to arrive on the S1 in Witney, my younger daughter watched this bus come into Witney and the driver did exactly the same to a desperate lady who tried to board the bus (obviously going to Cheltenham). He pulled away and left her. We all know that there are rules and regulations that bus drivers are forced to adhere to regarding picking up passengers in non bus stop zones. Well twice today this man left two ladies stranded whilst the bus was still stationary in a bus stop.

Occasionally I will use the 853 and although the bus drivers are not overly friendly, I greatly appreciate that the service gets me from A to B.However, today I was met by the most unfriendly, unprofessional and downright disrespectful bus driver ever.It reflects badly on the business, especially when compared to others who value their customers.
