Collected my new car last week and I'm delighted with it. Overall a very good experience at Parks Ford Elgin. Thanks to the sales team, special thanks to Chloe for her help with the purchase of the car, Jack who was there for the collection and James at collection too.

Salesman Jack Young pushed through a deal on a new car very quickly as requested. After a small delay he personally delivered the car. Was professional, polite and overall was a very good car buying experience. Customer service isn't dead after all

Have been waiting for my car since August having signed a contract for a new car. Went in again today to see if it was ready to be told they can't now give me the same deal. Shocking service from Ford.

Having been customers of Park's Elgin for a good number of years, we can say with certainty that the 'five star' rating is deserved. We bought a brand new car in 2016 and only changed it for a larger, very low-mileage used car in 2019 because we had bought a caravan. On every occasion, whether it be for buying or servicing, the level of professionalism has been excellent, with knowledgeable and friendly staff on hand.

Ordered a new car from this dealer. Very helpful from the start to finish. Car frustratingly took a while to arrive thanks to world wide events but worth the wait. I took advantage of services offered to polish my car and coat with their products to protect interior and paintwork etc and am pleased with the finished product. A lovely shiny car!The salesman was easy going, cheerful and professional at all times. He kept me up to date with my cars progress.Would recommend this dealership but not so keen on the electric car revolution which is out of everyone’s control. Ok for some whose lifestyle can accommodate such vehicles but I need a petrol or diesel car for my day to day life.

If I could leave -5 stars I would, i bought a car from this dealership last September, I had several issues with the car when I bought it this included a serverley Corroded underside, the rear brake discs backing plates were both half missing due to corrosion! also there was a bolt missing from the underside of the car that miraculously reappeared when I had brought this up with the dealership. I had to go in so they could look over the car as I had made a complaint! the car went into the workshop I was made to wait roughly 15-20 mins, I was then called through to the workshop to show them what the problem was with the corrosion and also to point out where the missing bolt was but there was a bolt in place that hadn't been there before I took the car in! the 2 mechanics and the receptionist were all looking at each other smirking away, I was made to feel like a piece of dirt stamped to the bottom of there shoe! They had agreed to replace both rear disc backing plates also they agreed to underseal the car, both these jobs got completed but it wasn't the end of my problems! I had vibration through my steering wheel thought the front tyres needs rebalanced, they done that and sorted out my wheel alignment but it didn't solve my issue! i had vibration through the steering wheel, the car itself, seats and also the accelerator all 4 tyres didn't have much tread left so November 2022 I had all 4 tyres replaced with goodyear eagle f1 tyres thinking it would solve my problem but the tyre fitter told me my rear right alloy was buckled on the inside, I had the job booked in at a local alloy specialist at the cost of £100 to get the alloy straighted out, this didn't solve my issue with vibration at all! I was at cracking point with the car! also to top things off the tyre fitter informed my that my front disks had just met the run out requirements. December 2022 the rear disks parks motor group had changed on my car before I got it had both suffered from severe scoring. July 2023 and all the corrosion underneath the car that had been undersealed was all back looking worse than before, also the exhaust was crumbling the backbox had split at the weld and had completely come loose. Would I recommend this dealership? Definitely not! My advice would be drive past this garage unless you want them to royally screw you over! Worst car buying experience I have ever had and I am now so thankful I no longer own the vehicle!

I was satisfied with the service and the costs. The car was vacuumed and washed before return to me which was a nice gesture.

Fantastic service from Gordon and John. Made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much for them. Will definitely be back again and highly reccomend Parks if you are looking to buy a new Ford.
