Healey Fox continued to advertise a property with Richard Immobilier in Lauzun, despite being advised that we had found after signing the compromise that development had no planning consents. Not only that but the development was on agricultural land and would always remain illegal and able to be challenged by a Judge. Our deposit was returned by the Notaire after a battle which included employing a planning consultancy and independent Notaire. Having given a honest and poor review, RI sent agrressive and threatening private messages to me. The property involved was still being advertised for sale whilst our deposit was in process of refund! Professional? No, competent... And honest? I wouldn't recommend either agency.

Approached Dan at Healey Fox. I had been scouring the internet for a property with not much luck. After I had given Dan the details, he set me up with a rendezvous at a local estate agent in the Aude. We found a house that day and put an offer in straight away. All along the process to completion, we received various follow up emails and phone calls to ensure things were going smoothly. Thoroughly recommended

The staff working directly in Healy Fox have all been very friendly but I made an enquiry on a property 2 weeks ago and have still not heard from the agent. Healey Fox tell me the agent is very busy and does not have the time to answer enquiries made on properties that they are selling. If I were the vendor and knew about this I'd be looking for another agent!

Dan was great, he was friendly, informative & gave me some really useful information that no one else had on buying a property in France.
