I placed two orders with Yorkshire Fabric for upholstery fabric. The first was by visiting the shop, where I found lovely helpful staff and the fabric chosen (recommended by the upholsterer), is attractive and very hard wearing. I then ordered more online and this service was also excellent. 19m of material was with me within 2 days for an incredible £6.99 delivery charge. I can't recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Having decided to re-cover the seat pad of a kitchen bar stool, I looked on the internet for suppliers of a suitable fabrics and found Yorkshire Fabric Shop. Access to their web site was easy and with a fabric design in mind I was able to see several samples that were suitable. The fabrics from the Yorkshire Fabric Shop are exquisite but, above all, the service I received during a recent purchase was first class. I called to ask for advice on the correct fabric for my reupholstery project of covering 4 chairs for my little granddaughters and nothing was too much trouble. I was given suggestions and although I knew which fabric I preferred, I was told to wait until the 6 free samples arrived and I could view them in my home. It was obvious that the staff put customer satisfaction above profit and that really impressed me...they cared! When the samples arrived they were all really beautiful but one just stood out above the rest as it matched my rug and colour scheme perfectly. I felt confident ordering from the Yorkshire Fabric Shop and the material arrived quickly and safely. I was delighted with the quality, the suitability of the material and the ease with which I was able to complete the project. I requested samples which was quick and easy to do and the fact that you can order up to 6, free of charge is fantastic!!! The samples came in a short period of time and were of a decent size (also beautifully packaged!) Amongst the samples i ordered, I found the fabric that I had had in mind!! I ordered a couple of metres of it straight away and just like the samples it arrived in a timely manor. Very happy with my purchase and I will be using Yorkshire Fabric in the not so distant future
