Excellent staff shame about the business men that now own these practices who don't seem to care about their staff or animals they're only concern is lining they're own pockets. Big shame as the vets and staff have been brilliant.

It was very difficult and reluctant consultation in which I said goodbye to my companion for over the past 15years. The vet and nurse showed compassion and she went over the rainbow bridge with dignity. The staff sent a delightful card of sympathy showing they all are understanding feelings.

Always friendly and welcoming receptionists. Have a Pet Health Club Plan with them and it works seamlessly and get reminders about medication when my dog is due her monthly worming tablets, which makes life easy
