Tapi Carpets & Floors

Had all carpeted areas done in my home, staff ( Colin ) couldnt do enough to help , talked me through everything even getting the fitting broken down into a few days as it seemed a bit overwhelming for me in one go. I am very pleased with everything now its done, my friend was impressed and has also had her carpet done with Tapi , same store with help from Colin again. Totaly Recommend *****

Chris came to measure my house, was very quick and efficient, talked me through all the pricing and how it all works. Got me booked in for only a week later to have flooring put down. Highly recommend.

Better and cheaper than Competitors. Big thanks to Steve Williams for his help and guidance on getting my son’s flat carpeted. He was professional, patient and friendly. Tapi even managed to beat the quotes of their competitors. We’re delighted.

Possibly the worst experience I've encountered.The fitters ruined my new decorating, left tea ring stains on the window ledges, broke a new bed Leg by moving it, and the carpet itself has had to be refitted twice. I've so far been offered 50 pounds compensation and another refitting to compensate for over 1000 worth of damage, I'm now going to be taking the case to the retail ombudsman and small claims court.They've stated they'll fix everything, and 8months later still have not, and now refuse to do so, even stating they've caused the damage, and left the house in a state. If I could provide photos I would do, if folk want to contact me privately I would more than oblige and shoe them the emails with the evidence of admission . I would stay well clear if you value your belongings, and want a proper job doing with.In addition to this they have been told about my personal circumstances and they simply do not care.They fall well below any form of customer service standard and dob you off hoping you'll go away.Have a look at other negative reviews it seems to be a pattern, and have a look atvmy other reviews they're all positive ones as well. I'm genuinely trying to help people avoid stress and wasting money by leaving this review

Great experience with the staff at the Shrewsbury store. Adam was especially helpful and ensured everything I wanted was met as close as possible. Home visit done at my convenience and plenty of samples to view without having to go into store!

All the staff in the Shrewsbury store I dealt with from sales, to estimating to fitting were just brilliant. I've had to change fitting dates a number of times due to other delays on our total house renovation and each time the store were very flexible and accommodating. They've happily stored our carpet for months until we were ready. I've had both laminate and carpet from Tapi and both are excellent quality with superb fitting carried out.This is the second store I've used in the Tapi group and both have been excellent.
