Rachael does my brows! She's created an absolute masterpiece and I'm now no longer trying to hide them! She makes you feel at ease and super comfortable! Look forward to each appointment with her. All the girls seem lovely! Such a nice atmosphere!

I cannot recommend Jenny highly enough. She did a wonderful job prepping me for my wedding and on the day itself made my mum and me feel a million dollars. The atmosphere is just so relaxing, Penney and the team are wonderfully friendly and nothing seems like to much trouble. The quality of the treatments is second to none, make no mistake you are getting hotel standard spa treatments in the centre of Bedlington for a fraction of the hotel prices. Serene really is the jewel at the heart of Bedlington front street. If you like to relax and pamper yourself every now and again you have to go to Serene you will not be disappointed!

This is the fifth time I’ve visited Serene in as many months and, as always, found the service and treatment amazing. The salon itself has a fantastic ambience which draws you towards repeated visits and Georgia is fantastic in the work she does, plus she has a wonderful personality. As someone who never thought he would go to a salon for a massage I can not recommend highly enough.
