They are totally unprofessional. My dog is bit by other dog. 3 pairs of rib has broken and has internal bleeding. But they just tell me he just some rib broken and no bleeding, he is safe and have chance to recovery but slow only. We use the same X-ray in other vets, they immediately found he is very serious internal bleeding. We are really very upset and angry of their service.

My cat had breathing difficulties so My vet ask us to him to our local Vets Now for overnight care! He also had other problems! They were wonderful! Very carering, very honest which we appreciated! Following morning early ,we took our cat back to my vets who carried on trying to help our cat. Unfortunately by lunchtime the decision to end his pain was taken . He was 14. So so sad! Thank you everyone for trying to help him!

My sister and I had to beg and plead with vet ‘Nacho’ to see my beloved bunny for just a few minutes one last time before she was put down.We were told she’d be sedated and then put down, but we weren’t able to be with her as she passed. Traumatic and horrible. Nacho could have had much better manner and people skills. The customers in the waiting room and the other staff were very kind. Please let your clients be with their pets as they are put to sleep

Looked after my little dog so well. She was emergency admitted late night and was in for 48 hours.Every time I called for an update I was given lots of detail which helped me understand what was happening.I was allowed to visit and check on her so she didn’t feel abandoned. Was really impressed by the vet Kacia (sp?) as she really understood my dogs mental health with the situation. The only improvement that could be made was better passing on of information between the nurses about my dogs emotional needs, as she is a rescue, as that would have helped her and them with her care.Thank you for saving her life. We are eternally grateful.

emergency visit as my cat was howling hissing in pain so went to vetsnow. tip to toe exam but her pain was so bad we couldn't decide what was hurting her. so pain relief was given and to follow up at my own vets. I really appreciate the open all hour's as its really needed at times so thank you to all the staff for working the unsociable hours. After 2 visits to my vets it was agreed her back leg was the problem and she's only got one! the other was amputated when she was 1 yr she's now 10 so really need it. rest and pain relief for a week and hopefully she'll be better. xx

Could not fault the staff for one moment. Arrived at 23:30, staff brought the trolley out for my dog who couldn't walk on back legs. Taken straight into consultation room. Vet was brilliant throughout; she was gentle, kind and compassionate towards my dog who was in great discomfort and distress due to his hip. She explained the process throughout. She was calm and non-judgemental when he was whining and reactive during examination of his hip. He was given some strong pain relief, we left with additional pain relief for the next two days along with advice to make a follow up appointment in the morning with our regular vet. Outstanding service throughout. Thank you so much for the reassurance and for caring about my dog.

The team at Vets Now are amazing. The reception staff are all so helpful and kind. The vets are incredible, they are so knowledgeable and experts at what they do. This is the second time I have visited and I honestly can’t fault them, the pressure they all work under, they are fantastic. Thank you for caring and doing the best to make our pets well again.

Emergency visit just after midnight. 17 week old pup suddenly went limp and lifeless. Call to our normal vet redirected us to Vets Now. Telephone service reassuring as was the service once there. Immediate treatment. Advised that it was an infection with slightly raised temperature. 1 injection later and next day he was back to normal with no further need to see our own vet. Bit scary though but excellent service. Would certainly recommend in emergency scenarios. Thank you.
