Nice big store. Sarnie selection was a bit bare at the time but everywhere else well stocked.However, was a bit put out by the guy on the till tearing a strip off some poor old dear for not saying please. He then berated her further about manners. The lady looked a bit upset by this. She may have been having an off day or been suffering a MH episode or other issue. She was so quiet and softly spoken she may have well actually said please.

Nice store, could do with more staff on tills as it gets busy. Security staff always staring and following me around the job. I know that is part of their job. But they target the wrong people.

Amber, the employee behind the till was so kind and helpful. I’m not fully mobile due to a recent bicep injury and she really helped out. It’s the little things like this that really make a difference.

I visited this store on Monday 6 November and I had a bad back, on leaving the contents of my purse fell all over the floor and I couldn’t bend to pick up, a young female staff member came over and picked up everything reassured me and offered to carry my shopping bag to my car. I want to thank that member of staff as she is wonderful and went out of her way to help a customer in need.

Never has any sandwiches in stock at lunch time (noon). This is the only co-op I've been to that always has an empty sandwich fridge! Which is annoying as it's one of the closest places to buy lunch.

Shelves empty, never get what I want, I picked up the last cauliflower but I couldn't purchase it on the self scanning machine as it wasn't in its plastic bag which apparently has the barcode and no staff to help, only one staff member and he said he couldn't do anything about it so I had to go without. Never any tills open and no one to help when self scanning machines have a problem, I try to avoid but sometimes needs must.
