Such an amazing team , rufford vets are there for the animals not a money making scheme yes you pay but not for hidden extras , nurse's receptionist treat all with care and compassion wouldn't dream of leaving them again ,had a very short time with vets4pets worse mistake of my life went back to rufford,happy owner very happy pet

Truly impressed by this veterinary practice. Real care and concern for our cat when he was in an accident. From the reception staff to the vets themselves they really cared. So grateful.

I phoned about one of our dogs behind taking to the vets as he got out, and instead of waiting to sort it out with us knowing we had his microchipped number, and pictures to prove he is our dog. They hand the dog over to the warden, and they rudely hang up the phone multiple times, when you ask for the warden number to get your dog back. Absolutely shocking service! Wouldn't recommend this place.
