Installed new radiators, one leaked overnight and damaged the roof. When called came and fix the leak but totally avoided any responsibility for what damage was caused. Phoned to discuss a solution and agreed on wavering some labour costs as a refund start of December and still waiting. Left a message on the office phone but no surprise didn’t get a call back. I know that accidents can happen but quite clear this company do not pride themselves on communicating effectively to customers or taking responsibility for damages caused. Would definitely not recommend!

Very competitive price for new cylinder and boiler. Work carried out was excellent. After care was just as good as I needed something checked and John and another one of his lads returned within 24 hrs to address my concerns.I would highly recommend this firm and will use again.

Excellent service. The engineer quickly identified the problem with our heating boiler which he was able to repair and had it working perfectly before leaving. I previously had a different company attempt to repair the boiler, they fitted several parts and told me that the boiler needed to be replaced! Highly recommend this company!

After reading the great reviews , I contacted them in the morning time , on a Friday , as my central heating stopped working a few days before . I was told an engineer will be in touch soon. I was so pleasantly surprised when the engineer arrived at my house around noon and fixed the problem . He was so professionally and lovely . When I told him I’m surprised he came so fast he said they don’t like letting people in the cold especially over the weekend which tells you everything you need to know about the company . I can’t recommend them enough . Thank you so much !
