Had my brunch this Wednesday . I ordered Egg Royale… they serve me a boiled egg not pouched egg with muffin and salmon …too much sauce on top of it. It’s like a soup. Not happy about it. ☹️ staff are not smiley too.

if you need a good coffee for a budget price but great taste & to rest your feet from shopping in a quiet place this is the cafe for you. The staff are sweet

Cafe on bridge. Dirty tables. Trays not cleared. Staff looking clueless. Food Hall advised sandwiches available in cafe. No they are not. Inefficient. Could maybe understand if place was heaving or there were long queues at the till… there was neither. Disappointing experience overall.

Not too bad.Food:The tuna sandwich was nicely filled but soggy at the bottom, so not very pleasant to handle. Contents were standard.Scone : was a nice size, fresh, excellent clotted cream and jam. Lovely flavour.Pity about the containers it makes everything look like school canteen food, and takes the edge off.Flat white, well it was more like a white coffee, not the best.Cleanliness: area was clean and pleasant, tables cleared readily , neat countertops and trays were clean.Staff: polite and courteous, speedy service.

Always go for a cuppa and a Scone when visiting Westfields. Great serviceDid feel sorry for the girl working on her own. Especially during lunchtime rush.She coped so well.
