Never thought of doing Pilates before till recommended by a freind who goes to keti,I’ve been a barber for 30 years,so posture is a known problem, I’ve had lower back issues , my head has always been leaning forwards and feet always pointing outwards, well after 3 months of hard work with keti to my amazement my posture is nice and straight, lower back pain has gone and feel like I can walk and stand straight. Thank you keti so much . Highly recommend keti ,has amazing knowledge.

I have known Keti for many years. I joined her classes as a beginner with no idea what to expect. From the very first class I was hooked.Keti is a true professional and knows her trade inside out. She makes the classes enjoyable but she is very thorough on her instructions too and always makes it interesting so you never know what to expect. It’s never predictable but always consistent in her high standards of teaching Pilates. I would highly recommend her classes.
