Cancelled my first appointment the night before, slow to respond to messages and didn't seem bothered about re-booking even though I was understanding and patient with them. Had to book with another groomer.

Change your opening times!. 4 times I have come to this place to pick up feed and 4 times it's been closed during its opening times. Really annoying when you have to drive down and find it closed. My partner has had the same thing 3 times. Total joke.

Cutz 4 Muttz and Self Service Dog Wash
I asked for a short cut all over on my spaniel and he got hacked to bits. When confronting the business I got nothing but attitude, denial and no apology or refund. I was called a liar and I was accused of being abusive for sticking up for my dog via their Facebook page. All I wanted was an apology, explanation and a refund and was told that they think this is an acceptable groom. So if you want your spaniel to look like this carry on and book here it'll cost you £45 for the pleasure.
