I wasn't entirely Happy with the experience. Ordered 2x front tyres via Black Circle. Got a follow up call a few days before, and i asked about tracking costs, which I was given, but unsure about getting it done. The chap at Hi Q said I can decide on the day when I come in. Arrived on the day, to a pretty untidy run down premises. The man that approached me, was not particularly friendly, and I mentioned that I would like to have the tracking done. He was very.short with me and said I haven't got time for that"! Disappointing for me

Such a good experience - turned up with a flat tyre on my long drive back to London and was instantly seen to. All staff were lovely. Originally went to Kwik Fit and service was poor and staff unfriendly. HiQ much better!!

Just wanted to share our experience of HIQ Autos. I was a holiday maker visiting the area and had a number of engine warning lights appear on my car so obviously worried about the long journey home. The staff were super friendly , professional and helpful. They diagnosed the problem which gave me a lot of reassurance about the journey home which I was very grateful for. Would not hesitate to go back when I am in the area again.

Have used HiQ a few times now, excellent service, have fitted the car in at short notice when something has gone wrong. Kim really knowledgeable explaining what needs doing before they start and what the cost is which from a female perspective makes it feel better to go there. Would highly recommend.
