I purchased a used Vitara from this branch and just want to say how easy it was! I part exchanged my fiat for a more than generous part exchange price and reserved my Vitara over the phone for just £91 which is refundable. Michael was the sales man that dealt with me and was absolutely excellent. The whole process was done over email and phone and I was shocked how easy it was as this is my first time purchasing a car on PCP. Michael’s response time was fast and customer service was above and beyond, he helped me with any questions I had and even went out of his way to elaborate further. Not to mention I got a fantastic deal on the car I bought, which came with warranty and was delivered to my house over an hour away for no extra charge! The delivery driver was also lovely and very helpful, even offered to back it on to the drive for me! I absolutely love the car, the quality is fantastic, it smelled amazing and was spotless when it arrived and not to mention very low mileage. It’s safe to say I am over the moon and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to Michael and the team at Suzuki that made it happen. I took my Suzuki Swift in for a product recall last Friday (29/09/2023). I had been told in advance that it would take a couple of hours. I was invited to help myself to coffee or tea and after a delicious cafe latte, I went for a countryside walk. When I returned I had another delicious coffee (and a biscuit) and used their spotlessly clean facilities. When I collected my car it had been cleaned inside and out. The experience was great - above and beyond what I expected.
