Best Western Brome Grange

We had our Christmas party in the barn and stayed over for a night in the hotel. Was a brilliant evening, from the DJ & Saxophone player duo, to the excellent dinner service. We also had a good laugh with the friendly bar staff serving us.I would definitely recommend holding an event here. All the staff where so nice and welcoming, and it was very convenient to be able to go straight to your comfy room after a heavy night!

Our first time in this group of hotels . Found it very pleasant. Being on the ground floor and being elderly , found It easy to get around and having a breakfast included that was tasty made it very pleasant. I would certainly go back again. Why did I give the star rating I did , the light didn't work by my bed and wasn't repaired by the time we left. Being out of the way has its advantages quiet from noisy road traffic but a little way to travel to get to local town etc.

Aesthetic place, High standards and Very good location with great views (Very calm and Peace).Excellent hospitality, first impression was spot on. Breakfast was complementary, Comfy, and clean room.I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, Had the best experience.The staff are courteous and recommended stay for business travellers.

A work Xmas Party brought us to this lovely hotel for a one-night stay with breakfast. Though it was a brief visit, we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made our stay truly special. The room was also impeccable, providing a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

We stayed overnight for a wedding close by.The room was comfortable. The staff are very good and attentive.We upgraded for breakfast at £12.95 each and it was very good full English, cereals, toast etc.Our room was about £55, so all in all good value and just what we needed.

We booked a small double room which we thought would be perfect to crash overnight, however we were not told that in fact the bed itself was a small double. Knowing that, we would have chosen a different room.The room itself was great on appearances, loved the quirky ceiling, but the heating was set to 400°C making it simply unbearable. Opening the windows meant a lot of traffic noise. The vibration of passing lorries could be felt through the old building.The shower room was tired, with ill-fitting lino, rusty radiator, cramped toilet space and broken sink pedestal the entire length which had been filled to try and disguise the huge crack.The plus side is that everything was extremely clean and the staff were brilliantly welcoming at check in and at breakfast.The board outside says the hotel is under new management, so hopefully some improvements will be made.

At check-in I was invited to book an evening meal, no menu offered so I took a chance. No staff around to show me to to indicate where food was being served, so we had to go exploring on our own.Room was clean, adequate but very tired". No heating in room or bathroom

Attended this hotel for a company Christmas event which was a night to remember. Hotel rooms 1 min away from the barn where the event was held. Excellent customer service from the staff with great live music. Would recommend eating the wild mushroom and blue cheese aranchini.

The Christmas party event was amazing. The Barn was a perfect event space. Food was lovely, staff friendly and attentive. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Definitely would recommend.
