ATS Euromaster Shrewsbury

On my way to find help with the tyre pressure monitor showing on my dashboard, decided to call in. I must comment on the excellent customer service I received. The problem was fixed in minutes. I will definitely use this branch in future. I am 85 not good with modern technology on cars.

Always a bit weary of some of the big chain garages after having a few bad experiences with others (Kwik Fit branch back on my hometown etc.) but given the good offer ATS had on Michelin tires I decided to give it a go. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised!! Had an issue with the Ford wheel nuts (common problem, not a fault of ATS), and they showed me the issue before showing how they can get them off but advised these should be replaced with some new ones to prevent further issues - even offering to fit these for me as a five minute job if needed!New tyres went on a treat with no damage to my alloys and on leaving even noticed they had fully cleaned the wheels whilst they had them off, a nice little touch especially given what a state they were with all the mud/salt on the road this time of year. I'll be back again for sure.

Quick and professional. I queried the tyres had been fitted the right way around. I regret that now, Google was wrong, the fitter new his job. My apologies .

This is the place to go for vehicle checks and services. I've always had a positive experience here. The mechanics are really good and tell you honest. I've had tyres from these guy and they are brilliant were done 2 years ago and still look like brand new. If work doesn't need doing they will tell you it dont and not rip you off like some other garages around ShrewsburyWould definitely recommend ATS Shrewsbury

Trust, is always a No.1 priority for anyone, for any business...Example - my experience; I take my newly acquired Audi TT to Formula One Autocentres in Shrewsbury to get a new front tyre, they inform me I need to buy them in pairs. I inform them that all the tyres are new, they reply saying its irrelevant. I then visit ATS in Shrewsbury and they say I only need to order ‘one’ tyre as the other side - tyre is ‘new’ and no need to change, regardless if changing the other tyre, due to having a slow puncture changed at this stage. Your tyres are very new so you only need to order ‘one’ new tyre matching your other tyres.Obviously highly recommended, they don’t work on sales targets, ATS Shrewsbury works on ‘Customer Satisfaction’ absolutely awesome. Trust, is always a No.1 priority for anyone, for any business. These guys tick’s every box.

Very pleased. Air con regas price through groupon is fantastic. Staff are friendly and get the job done quickly. Can't fault.

They were okay. You know, they do what they do, but they weren't in any hurry to serve me - possibly as I was a commercial customer. They weren't able to get me a tyre the same day either, nor offered me much of an explanation, but they did sort it out and didn't keep me waiting too long.
