We have just had Resident 9 windows fitted at our house. Me met Mario and Julia over a year ago when planning our house renovation project. They have been absolutely fabulous throughout the entire journey. Both have been very patient with myself and my wife throughout the process bearing with our constant change of mind. Mario has an excellent eye for detail and was spot-on with his suggestions. He would make multiple visits to the house to ensure all as it should be. Obviously when spending a lot of money on anything, understandably we wanted to ensure the best possible service and outcome. We researched, spoke and listened to recommendations all around. This is how we came to the conclusion of choosing Oakwood Windows Ltd. We can seriously say we made the best decision and highly recommend them to others. From start to finish we received excellent service from Marius (the rep) and not forgetting Julie. The team that carried out the work took great care with their surroundings, making sure everything was covered, clearing up at the end of each day too. Very professional!

Very efficient in all aspects of the job from measuring up and quoting right through to installation. The new windows are fitted so much better than the old ones and with minimal impact on my day (I was working from home) and all cleaned up afterwards. Excellent job.

Oakwood Window did an outstanding job changing out my sash windows! I was actually recommended to them by a neighbour, and I'm so glad I took their advice.The fitter team, consisting of Mario, Peter, Pawel, Krystian, and Jonathan, was on point - they worked well together, were responsible, tidy, polite, and hardworking. And on top of that, Mario followed up very well on my case, which was a pleasant surprise.It's always fantastic to find professionals who take their work seriously, respect your property, and provide great customer service. Recently had our windows replaced. Very competitive quote. Professional and friendly service. Workmen were on time and on schedule and left the house clean when they had finished. We are really happy with the windows and would not hesitate to recommend. Jan 2021
