Definitely the best Agency to work with in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, they always make a great impact. Everyone is treated in same regard. They've got a perfect website which is easy to access and good management that also encourage a mutual relationship between employers and employees when it comes to communication channel which also encourages opportunities. Very rude; Emma (Customer Services Manger) - joke! talks over you; accuses me of shouting, (when I was very calm in the situation)!!They don’t care and lie when government websites state their previous trading name; they don’t get P60’s or P45’s correct.Said twice payroll is on holiday!Asked why I need financial info months after leaving (none of their business and HMRC don’t calculate tax refunds until after 5 April).Accuse me of only working ‘twice’ for them (demeaning) when I worked five shifts! Lies all the time!Don’t both - they’re rude and only want their commission!
