Waste of time. Trying to get a hot cup of soup here is a joke and other Gregg's located within petrol stations are much the same.You either sell soup or you don't. This chain seems to be run for the benefit of the staff.Like other franchise's like Subway. Poor service. AVOID !!!

Early mornings, the shelves always seem to be very empty, seems to be due to late deliverys and only 1 staff member on.
