Booked appointment with them as I had not seen a dentist for some years as covid prevented me from getting a dentist. Visited for a consultation and was given a plan and an appointment with the hygienist. I went for the appontment as scheduled charged £65 but when i returned 2 days later for my appointment with Andre I was told on arrival the booking was cancelled even though I was not informed of this. I explained I drove for 35 mins for appointment as i drove from Reading, receptionist very unapologetic and just said she would both another appt one week later. On the said day I got a phone call 2 hours before to say appt had to be cancelled once again. No apology once again just a rude comment from receptionist and put phone down on me. Very unprofessional practive, not at all happy.

Crosbie is amazing. My teeth were terrible and one broke off during rugby training. Alan Crosbie fixed many of my teeth and they look so perfect as if nothing ever happened to them.Can't be any happier.Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Find this family run dentist to be exceptional.Receptionist is a lovely friendly down to earth lady( not like some stuck up dental receptionist! ) very accomodating, my dentist Andre and dental nurse Sylvia are A1 both have great personalitys, you can have a good laugh and banter with them, make u feel at ease, give sound advise, and make u enjoy going to the dentist, well done, the health profession need more people like these, highly recommend

I have been going to this NHS dental practice for nearly 10 years. Dentist visits are not my favourite thing to do but Andre & nurse Silvia are always very welcoming, friendly, patient & kind which makes things a lot easier. Andre is a very experienced dentist and very thorough. Reception staff are always friendly & helpful too. Highly recommend.

One of the most amazing times in the dentist!Dr Andre Laubscher and his team, Silvia (Hope I pronounce your names well!) were lovely!Very kind, supportive and explanatory. They fixed my tooth issue and they fully explained to me what it was.

From the moment of contact with the wonderful reception lady through toDr Andries (Dentist) and Silvia (Dental Nurse) I can not express in words how grateful I am for how lovely I was treated today, I felt so at ease and instantly in good hands. The work on my cracked tooth is absolutely outstanding. So glad I met this wonderful team, makes the hard job of going to the dentist so much easier when you know you in good hands.Thank you very much.

Dr Andries and Silvia are both very friendly and very caring!! From the beginning till the end, you feel you are in the right hands of people who knows their job, enjoys it and wants to do it perfectly. On TOP very caring about your pain and trying to be as gentle as possible!!

So far so good. I have just moved to the area from Hertfordshire. Was happy to find such an accomodating receptionist at the practice. A very good experience so far, with my appointment now booked for a few months time.

Andre and his lovely dental nurse Silvia are absolutely wonderful!!! You couldn’t ask for a better dentist ! They are simply the the best !!And the receptionist is fantastic so lovely , kind and helpful!!Very lucky to have such a friendly caring dental practice X

Andries (Dentist) and Silvia (Dental Nurse) are truly exceptional people in their field of work and treat their patients with empathy and genuine kindness and the highest level of professionalism and expertise. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
