I can't recommend to highly the helpfulness of Liz and the quality of the instruments available.

Literally went out of her way to help us out when my daughter's violin suffered a broken string just prior to a recital. Can't thank her enough and certainly recommend Elida Violins most highly.

What a pleasure to buy from Liz. I took home a selection of violins and bows to try in the comfort of my home. I played and compared them over a week which helped greatly as I didn't feel rushed into a decision. Very pleased with my final choice. Highly recommendable.

She sells cats, and the kittens are adorable. Other than this the violins are of top quality that she also sells.

We bought our 1/8 and 1/4 violins from Liz. Both instruments were great value for money. When we traded back our 1/8 violin and upgraded to a 1/4 violin, Liz sent us two 1/4 violins and two bows to compare. Our violin teacher gave feedback on our preferred violin about a slight muffled sound on e the string, Liz immediately offered us to send both back and she would ask someone to see whether anything can be done to improve. After a week and we received the 1/4 violin, our violin teacher was impressed with the better sound. But what I was more impressed was the customer service Liz provided. I didn't expect she would take an extra mile to make sure the e string was as best as it could be, considering it wasn't a very expensive violin. Thank you so much Liz. We look forward to buying our next violin with her!!

Shopping here was a really good experience, I got a great bow for a really good price. Liz sent a few bows so that I could try them in my own time, I kept and paid for the one I chose, and returned the others at no cost.
